2 Things to Help Your NOW and Being in the Moment
As a psychic, I’ve learned to be in tune with my emotions and to help others navigate their own. But I’m also human, and I know there are days when I’m not feeling my best. That’s just a part of life, and it’s essential to acknowledge and accept that vulnerability.
I’ve learned that when you’re vulnerable, it brings out your raw, naked truth. And that’s okay. It’s okay, to be honest about how you’re feeling and what’s going on in your life. Because the truth is, we all have stuff going down. We all have things we’re dealing with, and that’s just a part of the human experience.
So, how can you help yourself in the present moment and be more present in your life? I have two simple things you can do.
The first is to take a few minutes to think about something you’re holding onto that you need to let go of. Maybe it’s a material possession you don’t need, or maybe an emotional attachment holding you back. Whatever it is, take some time to acknowledge it, and then let it go. This can be done through meditation – sit quietly, breathe slowly, and let go of the thing weighing you down. You’ll be surprised at how much lighter you feel afterwards.
The second thing you can do is to think about the longer term. When making decisions about your life, it’s essential to consider how they will affect you in the long run. It’s easy to make short-term decisions based on emotions, but those decisions might only be sustainable in the short term. So, take some time to think about what you want for yourself and your life, and make decisions that will help you achieve those goals.
These two things might seem simple, but they can profoundly impact your life. By acknowledging and letting go of things that are holding you back, and by making sustainable decisions in the long term, you’ll be able to be more present in your life and enjoy the moment.
Of course, you can do many other things to help yourself in the present moment and be more present in your life. But these two things are a great place to start. So, take some time for yourself, and remember that vulnerability is okay. We all have stuff going down, but we can choose how we respond to it. Choose to let go of what’s holding you back, and choose to make decisions that will help you achieve your goals in the long run. With these simple steps, you can be more present in your life and enjoy every moment.
