Video and Audio Readings

Andrew primarily uses Zoom for video readings. His secondary option is FaceTime.

All video and telephone sessions must be paid in full before the commencement of the reading. 

While telephone readings can be requested, they are considered a last resort. Andrew values a strong connection with his clients, and video enables this in a way that telephone calls do not.

Time zone magic:
When the booking window pops up, please double-check the time zone.
(Otherwise, you might be sitting there calmly at 3 pm while I’m already halfway through tomorrow.)

You will typically receive your Zoom link 10 to 15 minutes before your session.

Important Points to Remember

• All video readings are recorded. You will receive a video and audio recording within a few hours of your reading's completion.
• Ensure a stable and quiet environment. Choose a location with strong internet connectivity and minimal background noise.
• Keep your device steady. If you are joining from your car, ensure your device is securely placed and does not move.
• Avoid interruptions.
  • Please don't drive during your reading. This is likely illegal and unsafe.
  • Ensure privacy. If you have children or other distractions, schedule your session so you can be alone and focused.

Session Termination Policy

Andrew may terminate the call if he experiences poor connectivity, frequent interruptions, or excessive background noise during your session. If this happens, you'll need to reschedule your appointment.

Copyright & Recording Usage Policy

All audio and video recordings created during psychic readings or intuitive consultation sessions are the intellectual property of Andrew Warnes. Copyright in these recordings resides solely with Andrew Warnes and is not transferred to the client or any other person at any time.

Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access, download, and privately review their recording for personal use. This recording may not be sold, shared, reposted publicly, distributed, broadcast, or otherwise supplied to third parties without express written permission from Andrew Warnes.

Clients agree to refrain from publishing any part of the recording (including quotes, excerpts, or transcripts) on social media, websites, or public forums without prior written consent.

If a client creates their own recording during the session (audio or video), they acknowledge and agree that:

• The content of the session remains the intellectual property of Andrew Warnes.

• The recording is for personal use only, and

• It may not be distributed, posted, shared, or used in any manner that assigns rights, ownership, or implied representation to any third party.

The client accepts full responsibility for preventing unauthorised access to the recording. Andrew Warnes shall not be liable for any consequence, claim, or perceived harm arising from copies of the recording being shared, shown, or distributed by the client in breach of these terms.

Recordings are provided solely as a personal reference of the reading, for reflection, review, self-understanding, or personal development. They are not intended for use in legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, commercial, or public contexts.

By proceeding with the session, the client acknowledges and accepts these conditions in full.
