The Get Vulnerable Story
In psychic readings, I often see the fear of vulnerability in a card, which can indicate the need to get vulnerable to overcome tough times. Breaking down this fear may seem counter-intuitive, but it is necessary.
I recently had to face my fear of vulnerability, which is common among men. I used to believe that being strong and in control meant never showing vulnerability. However, I realized that allowing myself to be vulnerable was a strength.
Over the past eight weeks, I struggled emotionally and felt out of control. I am usually good at putting on a brave face, but I couldn’t fake it anymore. I knew I had to be honest with myself and admit I had a problem.
It took me three weeks to figure out how to get out of this slump. I realized the way out was simple, but I hesitated to take it. I needed to ask myself a powerful question: “When is NOW a great time for me to move out of the way I’m feeling?” This question helped me acknowledge my vulnerability and take action to resolve my issues.
By embracing my vulnerability, I was able to come up with a simple action plan that helped me overcome my loneliness, sadness, and fear. I learned that being vulnerable is not a weakness but a way to show others my raw, naked strength.
If you’re feeling stressed, worried, or sad, it’s important to own up to your vulnerability and take action. Ask yourself the same question I did and see where it leads you. Remember, being vulnerable is a strength, not a weakness.
When is NOW a great time for me to move out of the way I’m feeling?
When others see you vulnerable, they see your raw, naked strength.
Have a fantastic Day.
